We’re a small, third wave community coffee shop that focuses on always pouring a quality cup.

Third wave coffee emerged in the 2000s, and is characterized by a focus on the quality of the coffee bean itself. Third wave coffee shops often source high-quality, single-origin coffee beans or proprietary blends and roast them to highlight their unique flavor profiles. At White Rabbit, we currently work with Discovery Coffee as our main roaster and sometimes bring in other roasters as a feature.

Third wave coffee also emphasizes manual brewing methods like pour-overs, and the use of lighter roasts that highlight the natural sweetness and acidity of the coffee.

Yes, we have a sunny dog-friendly patio. It’s open every day of the year, rain or shine, and while there is some covered seating thanks to the building’s awning, we do not have heaters or more extensive covering at this time.

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our muffins, cookies and some bars are vegan & gluten free. We also carry a range of sandwiches made by our chefs at Black Rabbit with a gluten free option by your request. Our salads and our parfait are also gluten free and dairy free.

We carry certified gluten free oat m*lk and then soy m*lk as another alternative.

Unfortunately, our art rotation at White Rabbit has come to an end after 6 years. Please keep an eye on our socials to learn about any changes.

There is street parking available on Selby street for a 2 hour max, or a parking lot that you can access on Prideaux street. The Right side of the parking lot is free for a 2 hour max but you must have a permit to park on the left.
